1. Products & Availability

All of our products are handmade in small batches. This means variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur — these are natural and part of their unique character.
We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue products at any time.

2. Payment & Transactions

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable UK taxes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our secure checkout.

3. Liability & Website Use

We make every effort to ensure all information on our website is accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors, website downtime, or third-party links.
Our products are for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always patch test before use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product descriptions, images, and logos — belongs to Marita Organica. Please do not copy, adapt, or reproduce without permission.

5. Behaviour & Fair Use

Users must not misuse this site for unlawful purposes, including spamming, abusive behaviour, or fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service if these rules are violated.

6. Product Care & Shelf Life

Our products are made with fresh, natural ingredients and contain no synthetic preservatives.
To ensure best quality and shelf life, you are advised to store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Shelf life may vary depending on the product, but in general we recommend use within 6–12 months of purchase.

Return and Refund Policy

Refunds & Storage Responsibility

Marita Organica cannot be held responsible for changes in colour, texture, or fragrance caused by improper storage or misuse.
Refunds or replacements will not be offered if a product has been stored incorrectly (e.g. in heat, sunlight, damp conditions) or used past its recommended shelf life.Terms of Return
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition/packaging.

Non-Returnable Items - For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at maritaorganica@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
